Process

Sparking Regional Innovation in Design & Advertising

Neactiva is a dynamic congress dedicated to fostering the exchange of ideas and practical knowledge in the fields of design, advertising, and marketing. Organized and self-managed by independent graphic designers from Corrientes, the congress serves as a meeting point for industry leaders, entrepreneurs, and emerging talents. Its mission is to reveal the inner workings of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) that have risen to become market references despite challenges in time, resources, and national economic conditions.

The Challenge

The creative and entrepreneurial sectors in Argentina's NEA region face obstacles including limited exposure to national and international trends, and scarce opportunities for professional networking and continuous learning. The challenge was to create a congress that could bridge these gaps by:

  • Bringing together prominent figures in design, advertising, and marketing.

  • Showcasing the success stories behind standout regional SMEs.

  • Inspiring local talent to recognize and seize new opportunities.

Our Response: Neactiva

Neactiva was conceived as an immersive event where learning and inspiration go hand in hand.

  • Content: A program filled with keynote talks, hands-on workshops, curated exhibitions, and panel discussions.

  • Audience Engagement: Designed to address current industry trends, tactics for local market differentiation, and strategies for scaling creative projects.

  • Networking: Facilitated direct interactions between established professionals and emerging talent.

This deliberate blend of activities not only demystified the inner workings of successful SMEs but also sparked conversations and collaborations that continue to fuel regional innovation.

Impact and Legacy

  • Educational Reach: Participants gained actionable insights into business strategy, design innovation, and effective advertising campaigns.

  • Community Building: Neactiva has evolved into a vibrant hub where creative communities not only learn but also collaborate, forging partnerships that transcend the event itself.

  • Institutional Collaboration: The event has drawn the attention of multiple educational institutions in the region—three national universities offering design and urbanism programs, among others—further underlining its role as a catalyst for creative development.

  • Cultural Influence: The congress has established itself as a reference point for local projects and a model for self-managed, community-driven events.
